Special Heavy-Duty Universal Flange for Powder Applications

Our universal flange is truly unique.

Its internal structure is specially designed so that when external air is supplied, a vortex is generated inside the flange.

This allows air to be blown much more powerfully toward the radar antenna area compared to ordinary universal flanges, preventing dust from entering and accumulating on the antenna surface.

As a result, our radar meter achieves far more stable and reliable level measurement in severe powder-silo environments than other radar meters.

우리의 universal flange 는 매우 특수하다. 외부에서 

에어 공급을 하면 플랜지 내부에서 소용돌이가 일어 나도록 내부 구조가 설계되어  다른 일반적인 universal flange 보다 더 강력하게 레이더 안테나 부분에 공기를 불어 분진이 안테나 부분으로 오는 것을 차단하고 안테나 표면에 쌓이는 것을 방지하여 다른 레이더 미터들 보다 더 안정적으로 심한 분체  사일로에서 분체의 레벨을 측정하게 하였다.
